Iron Blight Weapons and Locations
Find every Iron Blight weapon, from the OTs-48K and TT-33 to the SR-3M, with acquisition order, combat roles, ammo advice, and manual reload tips.

Iron Blight has at least seven named firearms in the verified full-game route: OTs-48K, TT-33, TOZ-34, PP-91 Kedr, RMB-93, OTs-20 Gnom, and SR-3M. The Lead Pipe and Club provide observed melee alternatives. You receive the OTs-48K and TT-33 almost immediately, find the TOZ-34 in St. Toma Dormitory, and obtain the remaining guns while exploring Prasnova.
You do not need to carry every weapon. Ammunition is scarce, each firearm occupies valuable grid space, magazines are checked manually, and reloading takes deliberate steps. A small, compatible loadout is usually safer than a backpack filled with guns whose ammunition or attachments are elsewhere.
All Iron Blight weapons in order
| Weapon | Approximate route time | Area or route position |
|---|---|---|
| OTs-48K | 1:23 | Dimitrov Residence opening |
| TT-33 | 1:46 | Dimitrov Residence opening |
| Lead Pipe | 9:01 | Early St. Toma Dormitory |
| TOZ-34 | 9:17 | St. Toma Dormitory |
| PP-91 Kedr | 1:08:44 | Prasnova, after the Spade route |
| RMB-93 | 1:30:07 | Prasnova Midtown sequence |
| OTs-20 Gnom | 1:35:39 | Found with the Connector Key |
| SR-3M | 2:14:11 | Late Prasnova, after its suppressor |
| Club | 2:16:29 | Late route, shortly after the SR-3M |
The timestamps come from a 2:39:51 all-weapons recording and are useful as relative checkpoints, not a promise about your save. A first player will usually reach each location later because the video follows an optimized path and spends little time studying the environment.
OTs-48K location and role
The OTs-48K is the first labeled firearm in the complete route, appearing about 1 minute 23 seconds into the Dimitrov Residence opening. Its early placement gives you a precise long-gun option before the wider Dormitory section. A dedicated scope becomes available later in Prasnova at roughly 1:09:36.
Its size matters as much as its stopping power. If the rifle is not suited to the next interior section, storing it can free room for a progression tool and a more compact sidearm. When you do carry it, check its loaded state before entering a long sight line because an empty manual reload under pressure wastes the reason you selected it.
TT-33 location and role
The TT-33 follows almost immediately at about 1:46. It is the practical early sidearm and receives the first two verified attachments: a Laser Sight in St. Toma Dormitory and an Extended Barrel after entering Prasnova. The early availability and smaller profile make it a dependable choice while the inventory is still restricted.
Do not assume an attachment belongs to the TT-33 only because it was found near the pistol. Open the weapon interface and select a green attachment point; incompatible or unavailable options remain gray. The developer confirmed this interaction after players reported pressing the general use key without success.
Lead Pipe location and use
The Lead Pipe appears around 9:01 in St. Toma Dormitory, just before the TOZ-34. It gives you a way to handle selected threats without spending a bullet, but melee still carries contact risk. Treat it as an economy tool for controlled situations rather than an invitation to fight everything at arm's length.
Create space, use doors and corners, and disengage before a second enemy closes in. Melee saves ammunition only when the resulting damage does not consume more valuable medicine. The safest outcome remains avoiding a fight that does not guard progress or supplies.
TOZ-34 location and role
The TOZ-34 is found around 9:17, early in the Dormitory route. Its shotgun profile makes it useful when a narrow hallway or close threat leaves little time for precision, but its physical reload and limited ready shots demand planning. Reload in a cleared room and do not wait for an enemy to confirm that both chambers are empty.
The shotgun arrives before the Medium Backpack and several required tools. If you add it to the OTs-48K and TT-33 immediately, inventory pressure can become severe. Choose the two guns whose ammunition you actually possess and return for another weapon only when the route or storage plan supports it.
PP-91 Kedr location and role
The PP-91 Kedr appears around 1:08:44, after the Crowbar and Spade sequence in Prasnova. Its Dot Sight is found later at about 1:24:54, while the Extended Magazine appears much later at about 1:54:27. That gap means you should evaluate the base weapon rather than reserving permanent space for an upgrade you have not reached.
Automatic fire can solve a sudden close-range problem but also burns scarce ammunition and creates sound. Use short, deliberate bursts and check the magazine after combat. The Extended Magazine reduces reload pressure only if you can afford to fill it.
RMB-93 location and role
The RMB-93 is collected around 1:30:07 during the Midtown portion of Prasnova. A Laser Sight follows at about 1:35:06, while an Extended Barrel does not appear until about 2:22:41. It is another close-range option, so carrying it alongside the TOZ-34 may duplicate a role while consuming significant grid space.
Choose between shotguns based on ammunition and the section ahead. A late barrel upgrade is useful for players completing the arsenal, but a story-focused run should not distort the entire inventory around a modification found near the ending.
OTs-20 Gnom location and role
The OTs-20 Gnom is found at about 1:35:39 together with the Connector Key. Its Muzzle Brake appears around 1:43:24 and its Laser Sight around 1:47:03, giving it two upgrades within a relatively short section. The proximity makes it easier to build a complete configuration without a long backtrack.
The gun still competes with a major progression key and, soon afterward, the Large Backpack and Workshop Alley Key. Keep enough free grid cells for the tools that open the route. A powerful weapon does not help if the required key must be left behind.
SR-3M location and role
The SR-3M is a late-game firearm collected around 2:14:11. Its Suppressor is actually found first at about 2:12:43, and its Scope follows at about 2:23:39. Players who want a fully modified late weapon should preserve the suppressor rather than dismissing it because the matching gun has not appeared yet.
The suppressor is especially relevant in a game where gunfire can draw more horrors toward the player. It does not remove the need for careful positioning or ammunition control, but it makes the SR-3M a deliberate late-route choice rather than simply another automatic weapon.
How manual reloading changes weapon choice
Iron Blight does not treat reloads as a single invisible resource conversion. You inspect magazines and manipulate the weapon through physical steps, while the lack of a traditional HUD prevents constant certainty about ammunition. The best weapon is therefore the one you have checked, loaded, and practiced with—not necessarily the last or largest gun collected.
Build a pre-fight routine: move into safety, inspect the current magazine, top up or replace it, confirm the weapon is ready, and identify an exit. Do not begin that sequence after entering an exposed corridor. The game turns preparation time into part of combat balance.
Which weapons should you carry?
For most of the game, carry one primary firearm and one compact fallback, plus a melee tool only if its space cost fits the objective. Pairing the TT-33 with either a shotgun, the OTs-48K, or a later automatic weapon covers more situations than carrying two similar long guns. Let current ammunition decide when two choices otherwise seem equal.
After finding the Medium or Large Backpack, you can keep an additional specialized weapon without immediately crowding out healing and tools. Even then, named key items come first. Review the inventory guide before a major loadout change and the attachment guide before discarding a modification.
Verification note
Weapon names, order, and timestamps were checked against the supplied complete all-weapons video on August 31, 2026. Combat roles are practical guidance based on the observed weapon types and Iron Blight's official manual-reload, resource-scarcity, and sound systems. Exact damage values are not published here because the supplied sources do not provide a verified in-game stat table.
