Iron Blight is a first-person survival horror game developed by Ronesans Interactive and published by Rock Paper Publisher. The game takes place in the rain-soaked Eastern Bloc town of Prasnova, where the player must survive hostile creatures and search for his wife, Valeria.
Instead of relying on a conventional HUD, Iron Blight makes the player physically inspect and manage equipment. Ammunition is scarce, magazines are checked manually, reloading is performed step by step, inventory space is limited, and even opening a locked route can require scavenging the correct tool or solving an environmental puzzle.
Health bars, ammunition counters and conventional interface elements are minimized so players must read information from their character, equipment and surroundings.
Magazines can be inspected manually and weapons reload through deliberate steps, making ammunition management a central survival mechanic rather than a background statistic.
Weapons, ammunition, food, medical supplies and tools compete for limited inventory space, forcing meaningful choices about what to carry.
Locked routes, tools, key items, ciphers and environmental puzzles regularly determine where the player can explore next.
The October 17, 2026 update adds gamepad support, attempts to fix Clay Pigeon and apartment spawning, and removes accidental quick save/load in Prasnova.

October 17 update reviewed October 19, 2026. Hardware and route checks have separate dates in each guide.
Official announcements and player records are linked below. The detailed guides include the sources for each route.
Select camera IV in the basement and set the six switches left to right to 001101: lamps 3, 4 and 6 lit. Take the Boat Key from the leftmost cell. The guide includes the original panel image and explains the return to the boat with the Air Filter and Toolbox.
Follow the Police Station puzzle stepsThe community-documented factory code is 45107. Enter all five digits on the green machine, take the completed card, then use it at the mechanical exit reader. Check the map and machine prompts if your build differs.
Enter the code and collect the Punch CardIn Patch 1.05, open the inventory, select the gun you want to empty and use Unload Ammo before storing or replacing it. Leave enough grid space for the recovered rounds.
Recover ammo and make inventory spaceUse R to reload and Space to ready the next shot with the rifle, revolver or pump shotgun, following the community-documented controls. If you rebound your keys, use the matching actions in your own layout.
Check reload and next-shot controlsThe October 17 update lists a potential fix for Clay Pigeon. Check that the airborne target is a Gopnik and that Steam received the award; this announcement does not confirm fixes for every other achievement. Record your build, mode and completed condition if the unlock fails.
Check all 22 achievement requirementsThe community route places the Blowtorch on a barrel after the drop beyond the Punch Card door. Check that barrel and the map objective pin before leaving. If you already moved on without it, preserve your current save and use a separate checkpoint from before the card-door sequence if no return path is visible.
Find the Blowtorch and check the factory exitYes. The October 17 Gamepad Support update adds controller support. Update the game, connect your pad and check menus, inventory, interaction and aiming before a long session. The guide includes a symptom-by-symptom setup checklist.
Check controller setup and missing inputsThe community-documented MP5 pickup is on the second floor of a Village high-rise, behind a door requiring the Blowtorch. Look for a wooden table beside a chair and bookcase; the linked guide includes the original map and room captures.
View the MP5 map and pickup checklistFit the electrical component, then set the four dials left to right to 2-1-3-1: centre/up, left, right, left. Take the connector key in A.96, cross to Block B and check the B.95 windowsill for the next key. The guide includes the original panel and A.96 pickup screenshots.
Follow the apartment panel and key routeThe community-documented requirement is to finish the campaign in under two hours. Practice the mandatory key-item route, skip optional weapon detours and track a full attempt with a stopwatch. The guide explains the older Chapter 2 shortcut separately from current-build evidence.
Plan an under-two-hour runNo. This is an independent fan-made guide and is not affiliated with Ronesans Interactive, Rock Paper Publisher or Valve.
